At Brand Anna 360, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our various service categories. We encourage all clients to thoroughly review this policy before engaging our services. Specific refund terms may also be outlined in your individual service agreement or contract.
2. Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly retainer services include SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and ongoing PPC management. The following refund terms apply:
- Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced and work has begun for that month
- If you wish to cancel your retainer service, you must provide 30 days written notice as specified in our Terms of Service
- If cancellation notice is received before any work has been initiated for the upcoming billing period, a full refund for that period will be issued
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if significant service delivery issues are documented and verified
3. PPC Management Services
For PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising management services, the following additional terms apply:
- Our management fee covers campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting. This fee is non-refundable once the billing period has started
- Advertising spend (the budget paid directly to Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other platforms) is paid directly to those platforms and is not managed or refundable by Brand Anna 360
- Any disputes regarding advertising spend should be directed to the respective advertising platform
- We are not responsible for changes in platform policies, costs, or performance that are outside our control
4. Project-Based Services
Project-based services include Web Design & Development, one-time SEO audits, brand identity projects, and similar engagements with defined deliverables:
- If cancellation occurs before any work has begun, the advance payment will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee
- If cancellation occurs after work has begun but before completion, the refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, as documented in project milestones
- Once a project has been completed and final deliverables have been approved by the client, no refund will be issued
- Revision requests within the agreed scope are not grounds for a refund. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send a written refund request to info@brandanna360.site with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Company Name]"
- Include your full name, company name, service engaged, date of engagement, invoice number(s), and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- We will review the request thoroughly and provide a decision within 7-10 business days
- If additional information is needed, we will contact you to discuss the matter
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Bank processing times may add an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- All refunds will be in Indian Rupees (INR)
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Third-party costs including advertising spend, domain registrations, hosting fees, stock images, premium plugins, and software licenses purchased on behalf of the client
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client
- Consultation fees for completed consultations
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Services where the client has failed to provide required materials, access, or approvals within agreed timelines, causing project delays
8. Service Quality Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, we encourage you to raise your concerns with your dedicated account manager before requesting a refund. We are committed to addressing quality issues promptly and will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include re-doing specific deliverables, adjusting strategies, or providing additional services at no extra cost.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on our Website with a new "Last Updated" date. Existing service agreements will be governed by the refund terms in effect at the time of the agreement unless otherwise specified.
